Here at Water's Edge Spine and Sport, We know that there are many different options and approaches to health care. We approach healthcare with the belief that every person is unique. This belief prompts us to perform a thorough history and examination before beginning care with any patient. We specialize in treating musculoskeletal conditions throughout the body. This means almost any issues with bones, muscles, and joints are our sweet spot. Although not all musculoskeletal conditions can be treated in our office, conservative care is the appropriate first step for a large majority of conditions and those that can not be treated in our office will be referred to the appropriate provider. Treatment at our office will consist mostly of the combination of mobilization of joints that aren't properly moving, exercises to stabilize joints that aren't stable, and muscle work to relieve tension and correct faulty movement patterns.

An important aspect of musculoskeletal conditions (especially chronic conditions) is our life style. Things like nutritional changes and changes in activity level often have a massive impact on the management of pain and restoring function to our normal every day lives. We believe in addressing the whole patient and the core issue not just treating symptoms.
